Expert Foundation Repair in Portland, OR

Foundation repair in Troutdale is a practical need for many homeowners in Multnomah County. The area sits on clay-rich soil that swells when wet and shrinks when dry. That cycle puts steady pressure on concrete foundations season after season. Oregon's wet winters make the problem worse, pushing water against walls and into crawl spaces. H2oregon Concrete LLC assesses each property before any work begins. We look for wall cracks, bowing, uneven floors, and gaps where walls meet ceilings. From there, we address the root cause, not just the surface signs. Our work covers crack repair, wall stabilization, slab leveling, and crawl space support. Troutdale homes range from older ranch-style builds to newer construction, and each has different soil contact and drainage conditions. We tailor every repair to what the structure actually needs. If you see cracks widening or doors sticking, call H2oregon Concrete LLC to schedule an on-site assessment.

Vi and crew added a pad to our backyard. They were quick to quote and schedule and clearly designed it with the PNW water in mind (perfect areas and pitch for rain to collect and then leave). They worked around our tight space and communicated well!

H2Oregon Concrete did an excellent job repairing my sidewalk where tree roots had caused it to be uneven. Ofa was the crew supervisor. When he came over to give the estimate he explained everything they would do including trimming some of the tree roots once the concrete had been demolished. He was patient, courteous and answered my questions. They finished the demo in the morning and the concrete was poured that afternoon. The new sidewalk was 'brushed' for great texture and the seams are even with the existing sidewalk. All of this at a reasonable price. I highly recommend H2Oregon.

Had a great experience letting Vai and his crew transform my back yard space into a 14 X 34 concrete patio. Also had a section of driveway and sidewalk replaced. His attention to detail and results were amazing. Everything from price to finish work were above and beyond what I expected.

H2O did a fantastic job overall. They were punctual for the quote, and called ahead when they were ready to come out and start. After the framing was done, there was a bit of a weather delay before they could pour, but they kept us updated to let us know they were watching for the perfect day. All the workers were professional and courteous, and worked with us to get the design we were looking for. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. Overall highly recommended for a great job at a fair price.

12 by 20 pad for my carport gazebo was perfect. These guys did my driveway 4 years ago. They must be good, I came back.
