Expert Concrete Footings in Portland, OR

Concrete footings are the base of every structure we build in Troutdale. Without a solid footing, walls shift, frames rack, and repairs stack up fast. At H2oregon Concrete LLC, we dig, form, and pour footings sized to carry the load above them and stay stable in the ground below. Troutdale sits in Multnomah County where clay-rich soils expand when wet and contract when dry. That seasonal movement puts stress on any footing that was not set correctly from the start. We account for soil conditions, drainage, and proper depth on every pour. We work on new builds, additions, detached garages, covered structures, and accessory dwelling units. If your project needs a footing, we can scope it, form it, and pour it to Oregon Residential Specialty Code standards. Call H2oregon Concrete LLC to schedule a site visit for your Troutdale project.

Concrete Footings FAQ

Common questions about concrete footings in Portland, OR.

Yes, any new addition in Troutdale requires footings sized to support the added load. We assess your existing foundation and pour new footings that tie into your project correctly.

Footings in Troutdale must reach undisturbed soil and meet Oregon code depth requirements for the project type. Soil conditions on your specific lot can affect the required depth.

Yes, we pour footings for detached garages in Troutdale regularly. We form and pour to the dimensions your structure requires.

Most footing failures in Troutdale trace back to clay soil movement, poor drainage, or footings that were not set deep enough. Proper soil prep and correct depth prevent these problems from the start.

Yes, we work on accessory dwelling unit footings in Troutdale. We pour to the load and code requirements your ADU project calls for.

A footing is the concrete base that sits in the ground and spreads the load to the soil. The foundation wall or slab sits on top of the footing.

Vi and crew added a pad to our backyard. They were quick to quote and schedule and clearly designed it with the PNW water in mind (perfect areas and pitch for rain to collect and then leave). They worked around our tight space and communicated well!

H2Oregon Concrete did an excellent job repairing my sidewalk where tree roots had caused it to be uneven. Ofa was the crew supervisor. When he came over to give the estimate he explained everything they would do including trimming some of the tree roots once the concrete had been demolished. He was patient, courteous and answered my questions. They finished the demo in the morning and the concrete was poured that afternoon. The new sidewalk was 'brushed' for great texture and the seams are even with the existing sidewalk. All of this at a reasonable price. I highly recommend H2Oregon.

Had a great experience letting Vai and his crew transform my back yard space into a 14 X 34 concrete patio. Also had a section of driveway and sidewalk replaced. His attention to detail and results were amazing. Everything from price to finish work were above and beyond what I expected.

H2O did a fantastic job overall. They were punctual for the quote, and called ahead when they were ready to come out and start. After the framing was done, there was a bit of a weather delay before they could pour, but they kept us updated to let us know they were watching for the perfect day. All the workers were professional and courteous, and worked with us to get the design we were looking for. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. Overall highly recommended for a great job at a fair price.

12 by 20 pad for my carport gazebo was perfect. These guys did my driveway 4 years ago. They must be good, I came back.
